JVM and Certificate

Wanted to know Wheather my JVM Loads Certificate Only Once ? 
Can you share ur Views....

When I Call authUsers of this Class from my Single Client First With NoArgument Constructer Object and Immedeatly After that OneArgument Constructer always the Second one Fails.

Client Code:

    ldap = new LDAP()
    ldap.authUsers();
 
    ldap = new LDAP(1);
    ldap.authUsers();
}    

always my second method fails... if i swap the Arguments then first Methods succededs and Second Fails.

can i know y ?
is it because my JVM loads cert only once...
