In my project i want to do window registry analysis

I want to know
- software installed in the computer
- hardware configuration
- total users and their setting
- current user with setting

using java

Why Java? Is it not easier to do Windows-specific stuff with a Windows-specific language?

No matter, Windows includes the reg utility to query and manipulate the registry. Have a look at the help for this and that should set you on your way.
