I am currently working as a java developer . What can I do to position myself strongly for my next job search a few months from now , so that I can work in some of the technologies that I consider exciting like JSPs, Hibernate, Spring, Struts, EJBs ? I do love working in Java, but I also want to work in the other areas that I listed .
I realize certification is an option; would everyone here agree ?
