some time back. we developed a website for a company that later went defunct. How do I treat this in my resume? do I put the URl of the company and in bracket say 'defunt' or should I just put the name of the company?

My first job was with a company that also went defunt after about 4 months, rather it wrapped up operations as it ran into legal trouble. Should i write the time range of my employment there and also write in bracket('company dissolution') or something to that effect?

I would list the name of the company. During the interview I would note that it is defunct if you're asked about it.

For the one that lasted 4 months, because it was a short period, I would put a note that the company ceased operating since it's an obvious question for anyone reading your resume.
