Is there a way to customize a JDialog so that if you click some checkboxes in an InternalFrame, then click submit, it will display them in the JDialog for verification, and if not, does anyone have a good suggestion. I need to lock the Internal Frame while the info is being verified.

hmm as to the internal fram locking, check out the docs on JOptionPane. It offers some internal dialog box options that may lock an internal frame. I don't know if it will allow you to display what you want tho.
