How to Select Best Offer

I have 4 Offer from Best Company in the IT industry, All the company have very good Brand Name.

1 Service Based and 3 company are product based. I like to know what all the factor we have to think before choosing the beast one. as i do have Some List please feel free to add more to the list ..... so that we will get chance to think in all the aspect . thanks a lot

2. Location
3. Flexible Timing
4. Long term Growth
5. opportunity to work on the core area of the Product
6. culture
7. Money
8. ???

Where are you?If you are in Indian cities then I would say location-you should stay not more than 25-30 minutes away from your company.

I think, regardless of where you're located, there's going to be a fairly subjective list to what makes one offer better than another. It all depends on what your priorities are.

As long as you are in the beginning stage of your career, career and opportunities for growth should be your first priority even a little compromise on money. As that is what going to really help you in the longer run!
