I need a career advice .I have 4 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies and presently working with a product company in Bangalore
One of my friend is starting his own company in the domain of IT security and is asking me to join with him.In the initial discussions with him what i had figured out is it has nothing to do with JAVA/J2EE
They will be offering security solutions to Organizations
And regrading pay he has offered me two types of pay 1) Pay as per market standards 2) Take a lesser salary then what i am drawing right now and equities in the new company
I want to know what is the scope of IT Secuirty and what is the future of these type of companies.
If i decided to join this company which is the best way to opt for the package
