In this difficult climate would like to know what the fellow ranchers think in regards to jumping the waters if anyone think his or her job is in jeorpardy? Is it worth testing the waters? What are the tell tale signs taht your position is in trouble?

1. If yours previous rating is below normal.
2. If you developing a product for a long time and there are no/very few customers or if Customers are from sectors which are collapsing
3. Company performing badly.

If your manager doesn't have proper communication or tries to avoid talking to you.

I feel its the right time to may be enhance our skills and be prepared to ride the next wave.
