Regarding closing an applet

I have created an applet and embedded in my asp code now i am unable to close the applet. I want to close it by the x button of window. Can any one help me in this regard

embedded in asp code or jsp ? as we dont have any idea how applet works in asp !
and in JSP whch tag u r using for embedding applet !

By "window" I assume that the applet has opened a window of its own that you want to close. Does it have a WindowListener?
