multiple lists for one scroll bar

hi everybody, this is my first post

i was wondering how to set one scrollbar for multiple jlists on multiple scrollpanes, or must each scrollpane have its own scrollbar. i am trying to have multiple Jlists displayed so that there is a border between them, but i want it so that when the scrollbar is moved all jlists are synchronized with just that one scrollbar, since each list will have the same amount of elements
