Hello friends,
I would like to know exactly how does the JSP engine translate an include file and when does it do that?
Thanks in advance.

"How can you include another file into an html file"
I'm going to take the liberty of saying that you meant:
"How can you include another file into a JSP file?"
There are two ways of including a file in a JSP. One (the directive) will include the textual file into the including one at the time of compilation (<%@ include file="file.txt"%> )and the other (the action) will include the output of the included JSP in the including one.
One method takes place at page compilation time (like in C's preprocessor) and the other one (the action, <jsp:include page="page.jsp"> ) includes the executed output of the included page instead.
