How do i give a default webpage when any user visits the website
using Javawebserver or Tomcat or weblogic

In your web-inf directory look for web.xml where you can specify the following:-
<web-app>
<welcome-file-list>
<welcome-file>
yourfirstpageName
</welcome-file>
</welcome-file-list>
</web-app>
Different webserver may have different names for this web.xml, but we have to add the welcome-file-list. Try it out.
