how to upload file from JSP page

i want to upload a file from jsp to server (servlet)
how can i do it..
what i have done is
created an object of FILE
then FILEOUTPUTSTREAM to pass it to next page...?
but i cant get it on next page...?
what could be the scnario..?
thanks in advance.

http://www.servlets.com/cos/index.html <- this is a pre-written package that is very easy to use, and it does fileupload and multipart form processing.
