hi,
I've done a servlet programming project. In this project, the client just queries on tv schedule, programs etc. No updating is done in the database. It is basically simple. It's working except that when the webserver is somehow disconnected to the database it doesn't display anything. So the client sees no data at all. We have to restart the webserver to correct this. Can you please give me a solution to this problem. Is there a way to make the webserver reconnect automatically? What changes if any should I do with my DbBroker class? Samples codes would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
