I am intermediate in Servlets can any one tell me what kind of questions will be asked for Java Developer position.

If you have the required knowledge you'll be able to answer the questions without learning a set list of answers by heart.
If you don't why should we help you pass an interview and get a job where you'll fail, thus making all of us look bad?

Well I agree with jeroen. Best option is to learn Servlets. Not Servlet related interview questions.
