im using struts framework to develop a web-app but i get the following error when i start tomcat

SEVERE: Servlet /collegelibrary threw load() exception

javax.servlet.ServletException: Error instantiating servlet class org.apache.struts.action.ActionServlet

the deployment is fine. what might be the problem ?? i need some help.

Make Sure to have Your struts.jar file in the classpath
