The number one rule for getting help in any forum is Use a Meaningful Subject Line
I would recommend that you proceed as follows:
1. study how Java works with XML by working through a good tutorial such as this one. Don't skimp or try to take shortcuts.
2. download the Tomcat servlet engine, install it and study the examples and documentation provided.
3. find a good Javascript tutorial and study it.

Search engines such as Google and Yahoo are your best resource for locating general tutorials - Javaranch forums are best used for more specific questions.
