Hello all, Can anybody suggest me an easy formula to get back to my shape..In last five yrs. slowly steadily i have managed to put on 20 kgs everytime i try with an exercise regime or diet plan i falter with in a week's or 15 days time please help!!!
Get a cheeky partner. A membership at local gym (cosy & glamorous of course) ? 2 hrs a visit, 4 visits per week is highly advisable to anyone, and especially useful to us, knowledge workers.
Buy a really fabulous outfit that's one or two sizes too small and hang it somewhere where you see it everyday. Imagine how great you'll look in it once you've lost that weight. It'll be a nice reward to look forward to.
whatever you do, dont eat foods that are low in nutritional value. first and foremost, get some excercise and get your metabolic rate up. and secondly, eat right. by this i mean, dont starve to death. breakup your meals into 5 light meals a day. breakfast - midday - noon - early evening - late evening. make sure that your meals roughly give you the calorific input you need (2200 cals) with 40% proteins 40% carbs and 20% fats in them. you can easily get a chart showing calorific composition for common foods and chart a diet of that. now before i get too serious for MD, i'll stop :-)

Hey, since my lunch hour is 60 minutes long, that's 1560 calories - almost half a pound!!! Better get some extra-strength lip-gloss honey, I've got some serious workouts planned.

I just took my first Urban Rebounding class this morning... DANG good workout. Abs, thighs, cavs, arms... my goodness. Urban Rebounding is a fancy name for working out on a mini trampoline, just like Spinning is a fancy name for a stationary bike class.
