I 'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but anyway.
I'm looking for a good Java code obfuscator...

Make sure you really want to obfuscate your code. Read this first: http://mindprod.com/jgloss/obfuscator.html.
KlassMaster appears to be the best obfuscator out there. It takes obfuscation to the next generation, using "control flow" obfuscation.
If your application is packaged well and minimizes use of reflection and custom class loading, obfuscation should be pretty easy. If not (like the piece of work I'm obfuscating as I type this), expect a lot of work to initially set up and test obfuscation, and more work down the road to maintain it.
There are dozens of other choices, many free. Most do not touch control flow obfuscation, and few appear to provide the level of configurability that KlassMaster does.

It was the best of times. It was the worst of times. It was a tiny ad.
