Error in when compiling in NetBeans 4.1

hello,

I get the following error message when i run my program in NetBeans:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javaapplication4/Test
Exception in thread "main"
Java Result: 1

How do fix this?

Make sure that the referenced class is on the classpath
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
