Remember, if you have to stoop to fallacy, your argument must be too weak to stand on its own.
Here are a few fallacies off the top of my head. Can you guys think of more?
Proof by Volume (Appeal to Force Fallacy): Your argument is wrong because I can shout louder than you; your argument is wrong because I can overemphasize my words.
Proof by Personal Offense: Your argument is wrong because I am personally offended by something in your argument.
Proof by Abuse (ad Hominem Fallacy): Your argument is wrong because you are a jerk! Your argument is wrong because your mother dresses you funny! Your argument is wrong because you went to a lame engineering school! Your argument is wrong because I'm paid more! Your argument is wrong because I have more experience! Your argument is wrong because you're incompetent!
Proof by Past Crimes: Your argument is wrong because you were once wrong about something else.
Proof by Opinion: Your argument is wrong.
Proof by Apathy: Your argument is wrong because I didn't feel like listening to it. Your arguemnt is wrong because I'm not in the mood to think about it.
Proof by Dismissal: Whatever.
Proof by Absent Expert (Appeal to Authority Fallacy): Your argument is wrong because Woody Allen said so.
Proof by Persistence (ad Nauseum Fallacy): Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong. Your argument is wrong .....
Proof by Giggles: Your argument is wrong because I'm laughing.
Proof by Vote (Bandwagon Fallacy): My statement is fact because 51% agree with me.
Proof by Distraction (Red Herring Fallacy): Your argument is wrong because it's raining outside.
Proof by Burden of Proof: Your argument is wrong because you have no proof. Therefore my argument is right (please overlook the fact that I have no proof either!)
Proof by Apoclypse: Your argument is wrong because if everybody did it, the world would end.

I need to come up with a good one for the straw man fallacy ... any takers?
