i want to know "how to make pdf file in java"
is it possible in java.
if not then which way i can make a pdf file.

There are several ways of creating PDF files in Java. The most popular is the iText library, and there's also PDFBox. If your data is in an XML format, and you're comfortable using XSL, then FOP might be for you. Links to all these can be found in the AccessingFileFormats FAQ page.
