Hi, I received an e-mail just now from the Luckyday International that I won two hundred thousand Euros. But, it also says in the e-mail that "all non-resident of Holland is required to pay between 500-1000 Euros in advance for thier non - resident processing/application fee prior to the collection of their winning prize."
The out-of-date type of fraud has been someone needs my U.S. account to
transfer money from some less developed countries; such as Nigeria, Philippines, ...., etc.
Is this a new type of fraud? This time, it originates from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
