Hey Folks,
If Marco is getting tired of sending the GoF book , you may want to look at the online reference:
http://csgwww.uwaterloo.ca/dptool/interfac.htm
It includes all the 23 patterns, with automated Java code generation, benefits for each pattern, etc... This should be more than enough for the exam.
