I told you ages ago you might have a .txt extension added. That is NotePad confusing you.

You should not be writing your program under Program Files, instead you should be somewhere in My Documents.

Your problem really doesn't have anything to do with Java, you need to get a basic understanding of using the command line, and the Windows filesystem.
