Thanks, Andrea.

I believe that Oracle Java certifications help students and new programmers to understand the Java programming language better, which is a step forward in writing better code, working with better projects and organizations.

The journey to getting certified is important; it prepares you for your real life projects.

This title includes basic UML diagrams. Because UML diagrams aren't covered in the exam topics, I've used them at places, which seemed to help explain the concepts better.

You can download and read the first chapter of this title from the publisher's website, that is, manning.com/gupta3. (I've included a screen shot of the webpage and the download link)

To be eligible for winning a free copy of this title, please post your question(s) or answer other queries in other threads (in this forum). Posts in this welcome thread are not eligible for drawing.

With much respect,

Thanks, Gandhi. I hope the same.

This book includes complete coverage of Java topics on this exam. Each chapter starts with a list of exam objectives mapped to section numbers, followed by sample questions and exercises that reinforce key concepts. You’ll learn techniques and concepts in multiple ways, including memorable analogies, diagrams, flowcharts, and lots of well-commented code. You’ll also get the scoop on common exam mistakes and ways to avoid traps and pitfalls.

With much respect,
Mala
