can a java program run a motor? i want to run a motor attached to 4 wheels., using my computer. how do i get the commands to the motor wirelessly? and make it understand where to go?

i think you are talking question related to control systems
i think we should think from IO point of view
we should also consider issues such as
motor is high voltage unit whereas computer usually run on low voltage
actually our normal personal computers have problems regarding vibrations and
they usually can not Sustain in industrial condn for such types of condn usually Programmable logic controllers(PLC) are used
