I have found and see that intelli J is the most intelligent or best IDE.

Netbeans is just an IDE, which makes it easy for you as a programmer to write Java programs.

It is not necessary to install Netbeans, neither for developing nor for running Java programs.
 
With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
