Hey rancher would you pepole tell me that If JAVA is platform independent, then can i run all JAVA programs on DOS?

No. To my knowledge there is no Java Virtual Machine for the MS-DOS operating system.

Platform independence does not mean "on all platforms", but rather "on all platforms for which a JVM exists". As Jeremy points out, there is no JVM for DOS.
