These two concepts are related, but they aren't alternatives to one another, so one can't really answer the question "what's the difference?".

Anyway, why not demonstrate some effort by going and looking up the two terms in Wikipedia, FOLDOC etc., then asking some specific questions if you still have any?

Deciding at run time which method to call.


Method Overriding

While calling overridden methods Dynamic Dispatch is used.

So you can say Method Overriding is the concept and Dynamic Dispatch is implementation.
 
Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
