Floor Plan - Software

Can anyone suggest some good free software for creating floor plans and designing interiors (kitchen, bathroom etc). If the software can create 3D perspectives from the plan, that would be great.

And a pair of scissors, crayons, glue and an origami handbook etc to model the interior may be?

I am looking for interior design software myself, and found Punch pretty good so far. I was under the impression that there is a product out there from AutoCAD people, but couldn't find anything like that. I am not sure if Punch trial would expire after x days, anyone know any free tools?

I don't know of any free software for windows of this type, but older versions of 3D Home Architect can be purchased for about $20. The system works well and is easy to use.
