Do a search; many people ask that question and some answers say you can do that with a batch file.
You will need an executable .jar with program association set up so "java.exe" opens ".jar" files.
Start with a desktop shortcut; you may be able to create one by R-dragging your .jar onto the desktop and clicking "create shortcut." If that works, try copying it into the start-up folder or start menu.
