I need one suggestion from you pune-ite (peoples from pune, india).

A flat,

Cost: 1 lakh.
Sq. Feet: 150 (1 BHK).
Rent: around 800/- Rs. (If given on rent if somebody like).
Locality: Very bad, can't live.

Thinking because its cheap.

What you say?

Thanks.

150 Sq ft can't be 1 BHK. At the most it will be one room or 2 rooms. It's tiny!!! 1L for ths is dirt cheap, but avoid. Where i sit BTW?

These days any accepatbel area will be at least 1500/sq ft or above in Pune. Add to that around 2.5l-3L for MSEB+arking+Stamp & Reg charges.

Agreed that the flat is cheap. You will buy it today. But will some one come and stay in it, if the locality is very bad. Atleast a family guy won't do that. In future if you want to sell it, you won't be able to find a buyer who can offer a good price for it.

Also 150 sq.ft?? Can you stay in such small place?

Personally I won't buy it. First and most imporatnt rule when buying a property is "LOCATION".

Hope this helps.

Thanks,

BTW, you might have to tak epropeer name as your name is that of a (in)famous Indian actress!!! Javaranch asks you to use a proper name, at least it should not be obviously fictous.

Hi Bipasha Basu,

Welcome to JavaRanch and this forum.

When you signed up, you agreed to the JavaRanch official policy on registered names which specifies that you may not use "names of celebrities or fictional characters". Could you please take a few minutes to review this policy to see what is (and is not) allowed, then change your displayed name so that it complies with this policy? You can change your displayed name here.

Regards, Andrew

What if she is really Bipasha Basu who wants to show-off her intelligence (as against what she does in movies)....my moral responsibility is to help her out

Bips, don't get over-depressed by all the flop movies, as long as you are in good terms with Jon, you can afford a little more expensive flats

But then Actors often prefer to live in chic poverty, it helps their image. She could spoil her chances by getting a better flat.

I must accept I am really very curious to know what she has done finally.
Has she dared to take that BOLD step of moving into half-room flat in bad locality?
Has she ignored the good advice from Trupti?

Bips break the silence...!!!

Hi "Blue Moon",

When you joined JavaRanch, you used the name Parag Ballal, as shown at the end of this post. Since then you have, for some unknown reason, chosen to change your displayed name to one that does not meet the requirements of the JavaRanch official policy on registered names. Could you please change your displayed name so that it complies with our policy once again? You can change your displayed name here.

Thanks, Andrew

Now a days I am not hearing much about Bipasha Basu , I hear only about Malliaka Sherawat. May be Bipasha Basu is busy looking for a flat.
