It's a little old, but I just came across it. It's a 2003 AP photo, and I've posted the caption as I found it. According to stories on the net, the AP eventually did finally get a clue and removed the photo from circulation.

A few years back we hung some pants from the flag pole in our old (TA) unit. They were up there for about 3 days! - never got caught! Apparently the 2IC when absolutely mental when he discovered them.
Also, during a regimental parade, in basic training, one of our corporals was asked about the "rag order of his kit". He came smartly up to attention, and replied to the adjutant: "I'm sorry Sir, but you've got me mixed up with someone that give a ****" - he (and us) got 3 months of guard duty - funny though!
