Hi All,

I cleared SCWCD1.5 with 88% Thanks to all ranchers who helped me directly and indirectly. This is really a great place to learn. My study story follows,

1. Head First Servlets & JSP [HFSJ] - very good book to start with the preparation. But this alone will not do. I had the first edition. Thanks to the authors for the wonderful study material.
2. SCWCD Study Companion by Charles Lyons - Loved this book. Amazing organisation of topics and APIs. Revision questions at the end of each chapter were very good. Nice and thanks to Charles for his great work.
3. Specifications - Went through the specs 2 days before exam. Recommend everyone not to miss this.
4. PEOBODY NOTES on Design Patterns - nice one. But I lost one question in Design patterns
5. Free mock exams specified in ScwcdLink and JWebPlus Sample exam[14 questions].

I prepared for around 2 months spending approximately 2 hrs per day even on week ends. I regularly visited this website. Went through others' postings, sometimes tried to answer them and sometimes learn from them. I prepared a small note on every new thing which I came across from various resources. It helped me a lot for the last minute revision to gather all points together.

And regarding the exam, it was quite ok than i was expecting. Most of the questions were straight forwared and few were tricky. Finished it 40 mins before and used those 40 mins for reviewing. Once again I thank everyone here for extending their helpful hands
