A Senior Developer position for the CRO Reservations Development group responsible for the development of web applications used by call center agents to service customers in their reservation needs.

Skills :

Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.
Experience in design and development of Java applications with an eye for reusable components.
Experience configuring and administering J2EE application servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, or Resin.
Strong proficiency in database design.
Experience with performance tuning of applications including Java profiling, memory profiling, data caching, database tuning, and browser performance analysis.
Experience in JSF, Spring IoC/MVC, Hibernate, Ehcache, JMS, JDBC, JMX, Ant, Maven, Web Services, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON.
Experience in developing rich internet applications (RIAs) using AJAX/JSON, DHTML, UI toolkits, etc.
Experience in content delivery networks such as Akamai is a big plus.
Think "out of the box" in solving problems and troubleshooting issues.
Comfortable in a highly dynamic environment.
