We are seeking experienced intermediate and senior Java Developers to join our R&D team and contribute to our J2EE projects.

Minimum Position Requirements:
� Five years experience in software development for senior positions
� two years for intermediate positions
� At least two years of Java Web development experience

Candidates should have several of the following skills:
� Experience with JBoss, Tomcat, Struts, Ant
� Web page development including HTML, Velocity, JavaScript, JSP, ActiveX
� Experience designing and developing EJB layer (primarily session beans); knowledge of design patterns
� Experience with JDO (Solarmetric Kodo)
� Previous experience with data exchange interfaces and technologies, such as XML
� Understanding and/or experience with agile methodologies such as Extreme Programming, SCRUM
