how is teh job market for a java in Sydney? My spouse is planning to join me in Sydney ,she is basically a java programmer with 4 years experience
is tehr eany apecific portal on which I can search and upload her resume?

what will be the average pay for 4 years exp java programmer ? can any on ehep me with how much to ask during salary negotiations

without local experiane, it will be very difficult to get job at first place. sydney java market is very very small. if you can manage to get, they will pay you fresher salary around 40-50k.

First job without local experience can be a bit challenging, but once she gets a foot in the door then things should get better.

I agree, without local industry experience and a good postgraduate degree it is hard to find a suitable programming job and even if you manage to find one you will usually get assigned to crappy projects
