Develops 3-tier Web based application in Java
J2EE for using WebSphere Application Server, Spring Webflow JSF, and Oracle; participate in functional requirements and design document and other system life-cycle documentation to meet SDLC and CMMI requirements.
Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents highly complex programs. Develops complex
test plans to verify logic of new or modified programs.
Designs systems and programs to meet highly complex business needs. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs are developed and coded. Creates appropriate documentation in work assignments such as program code, and technical documentation.
Gathers information from existing systems, analyzes program and time requirements. Assists project manager in preparing time estimates and justification for assigned tasks.
Supports project personnel in resolving fairly complex program problems. Works with client and management to resolve issues and validate programming requirements within their areas of responsibility. Provides technical advice on complex programming.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in communicating functional requirements to the developers and facilitate the development of solutions.�
Will serve as technical project lead; provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Conducts quality assurance activities such as peer reviews.
Skill Needed:
Experienced with�Spring�Frameworks � Spring Web flow/ Spring JMS (SI)/ Spring Batch/Spring AOP/Spring Security
Experience with Oracle Database (PL-SQL/ Stored Procedures) � 3 years or more.
Experience with Web Services.
Experience with JMS/WebSphere MQ. - 3 years or more
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Must be a team player & have *can do*/*will do* attitude.
