90 C ? What processor does your PC have? If you haven't done this already, unscrew the fan on top of the CPU heat sink, blow hard on the heat sink fins to get rid of the dust in them. My technique is to wrap my face in a handkerchief, take a pen without refill and blow through it. Creates a nice powerful stream of air.

Thanks for giving me suggestion! but already i write, i clean my pc! My friend told me reason is lotion which is present between processor & heat sink assembly! but i put more new lotion & completely clean that, then also temp goes that much high!
So that i cant play games properly!
Anybody knows what is normal temp of Intel p4 processor which compatible for LGA775 socket?

Applying thermal paste can be a tricky process. If not done properly, the processor can overheat.

As for P4 operating specs, see the datasheet for your processor.

I think 90 degrees C is not abnormal for a Pentium 4 if you put some load on it (i.e. run programs that use the processor intensively). It also depends on the temperature of the environment; if it's 30 degrees C in your room, then the computer will get hotter too. Newer processors, such as the Intel Core 2 Duo, use only half the power of a P4 and stay much cooler.

Make sure that there's a good airflow inside your computer; check that cables etc. don't block the cooling fans inside your computer, so that air can flow through the case properly.

Once I also removed the heat transfer material and my processor temperature went up to 85 degree C...

check the processor temperature by opening one side of you chase.
it is not clear from your post that where you have kept your computer.
Place it where it will get less sunlight and enough air.

Perhaps your processor fan may not be working properly....
i advocate you to contact a proffessional.......

May be adding an extra fan on the cabinet can help you a bit..

dont worry be cool

Pouring water on your processor, or surrounding it with ice cubes should do the trick.

i can say, i solve some sort of problem because now my processor temp 69-71C! its much cooler than before!
But still i got info from official website, its should not exceed than 40C!
But my room temp is not below 35C!

Now i think i am restless for searching what should be good temp for same processor, rather than the way how to reduce it!
No one restless now a days any reason created by them selves like me!

From what link did you get that information? I was looking at a couple of datasheets for 775 socket at the link I mentioned earlier and depending on the clock speed, the max temperature is between 44-70 C.
