Did the survey... Good idea from Sun to come out with an ajax certification.
Though, wonder why dojo is part of it?

Any plans for a JSF certification in the future?

The rumor is that JSF will be included on the next version of SCWCD.

Maybe, Sun decided to go no further from the survey result.

I don't like this certification, it focuses too much on Dojo toolkit.

I see 2 reasons for Sun to proceed with new certification:
1) The fact is that Dojo is supported by big IT companies (like IBM, etc)
2) There is no Ajax related certification on the market.

Is it true that Dojo is supported by big IT companies? I'm not aware that.
Dojo is a nice JavaScript framework, but IMO, its documentation is really bad.
I've seen comments in some codes that say about API usage that this is not updated, oh my, if you have enough time to write something like that, just copy-and-paste code snippet, that is more than enough for developers.

If big IT companies support Dojo, I want they to improve the documentation first.

I like the idea of Ajax certification, I want to have one, but I prefer it to have objectives about JavaScript in general, and should cover JavaScript Framework design principles/patterns more than focus on a specific JavaScript Framework.
