Does anybody on this forum do Yoga on regular basis ? I'm looking for good Yoga DVD especially for doing Surya Namaskar.

I do Yoga on regular basis. I got CD of Ramdev, but it's at home. I will bring next time.

I do Sudarshan Kriya every morning. It takes about 45-60 min to do the kriya.

Anjali, do you know where The Art of Living course conducted in Mumbai? Any idea about Boriwali (W)?

Anjali I also like to know about Audio CDs that help to meditated. I guess those CDs contain chanting of OM or some kind of music. Do you know anything about it?

Sorry Chetan, I am not aware of such CDs
