Chetan,

I would say it's only a averagely written book. Especially last few pages are hard to believe.

However, 'five point someone' from the same author is a brilliant work.

Cheers

Totally agreed. 5 Point Someone was a much much better book. 1 Night @ call center looked more like a bollywood flick.

But I liked that 30=10 concept. If you post that phrase here, chances are there that moderator will delete it.

Yeah, what's the 30-10 concept? I've heard of the 70-30 rule, 30 percent of your people cause 70 percent of the problems. Or, 70 percent of your work comes from 30 percent of your people. Its called the Pareto principle. The person who coined that term, Pareto, also invented a method of superimposing a line-graph on top of a bar-chart in order to contrast to different types of information over a timeline (Pareto Chart). Not to be confused with Ishikawa, who was from Japan, and invented "fish-bone" diagrams that are used to identify that 30 percent that's screwing up the rest of the operation.

// more useless knowledge, but fun, none-the-less.

I think theres going to be a movie based on one night ... by RGV. Salman Khan would be the leading cast, I read somewhere do not remember the source though.

The only cure for that is hours of television radiation. And this tiny ad:
