Anybody tell me Where can i find WSAD 5.1.2 (Websphere Studio Application Development) free software?

WSAD isn't freeware. It's payware. You can buy it at IBM or at one of its resellers.

It however is based on Eclipse which on its turn is freeware.

More importantly - WSAD has been unsupported for quite some time. You should be installing RAD (rational application developer) 7 at this point which is the successor.
