No ratio at all.........

but in the score card they will rate the overall knowledge..........
for example they will write how much percent you know about Object oriented concpts,Thread,Exception handling etc

it means for each question they will consider all the concepts being used....so for a wrong answer they will deduct from each concepts.......

But as far as i knows SCJP is simple .................really.....
and best of luck

Yes the K&B book is sufficient for preparation. But along with that you'll have to give a lot of mock exams to get good marks

Akash do a lot of reading from any book you get that will prepare you for the exam(K&B is the best you get). And along with that do a lots and lots of mocks that you can grab. Think about the knowledge you gain for the exam and not just the certificate that you get after passing the exam. Work hard and harder, I am sure you will do good.

Depending on which version of the exam you take, there are something like 35 or 37 objectives. You can expect each objective to get about the same amount of coverage, so basically you should plan on getting 2 questions per objective. That will seldom be exactly true, but it's a good approximation.

While studying the SCJP 1.6, I found out that it's slight similar to SCJP 1.5. I think the best way to met the objectives is practice and know the basic.
