Hi Guys,

Not sure whether this is the right place for this query. I was looking for some projects in Java (JEE) which will give me an opportunity to portray or rather enhance my skills.
I have completed my SCJP and preparing SCWCD, I'm quite good at programming in Java and know basics of JSP, Servlets, EJB, JPA, JSF etc, but dont have any realtime project experience.
Can anybody give me some pointers as how I can start developing my own project or join some existing project in Java Web Application related domain, in this regard I have joined Sourceforge. Are there any other platform to develop enterprise web application? If anybody is working on any such projects (Open source), please let me know, also give me some project ideas to startoff.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi there,

Best thing to do is to look in the jobs forum at Sourceforge, you'll see several projects looking for help there. Otherwise simply sort the projects by language and pcik one that looks interesting!

Thanks Martijn a lot,

Does anybody knows similar forums like sourceforge, where opensource JEE applications are developed?
