I'm pretty sure they have this wrong. Everyone I know considers one 'sleeve' of thin mints to be a single serving.

I always hated how food manufacturers pick some strange, unrealistic amount for a serving size. I've seen candy bars that are more than one serving.

I've also seen where a serving size is like 5 oz, the item is something like 7.2 oz, but the package is labeled with "Number of Servings: About 1". Personally I think that's cheating.

Do you pay attention to the serving size of any pre-packaged food you eat?

Serving sizes of 20 or 30 grams? (That's only about an ounce, for the metric-challenged.) Ridiculous.

There was a post on TheDailyWTF today about this; somebody showed a photo of a pickle jar that stated an official serving was "about 3/4 pickle."

Jeeez, Fred - by "sleeve", did you mean "box"?? I mean - how can you possibly leave an opened box of Girl Scout cookies laying around?!

Below a certain level of fat (where level is != 0) they can claim "fat free"! A stick of butter can be "fat free" if the serving size were small enough.

I pay no attention whatsoever.

Which explains the svelte size 42 jeans I'm wearing.

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
