Hi,

My requirement was to read the image file, which will have information about particular vendor and I have to extract the details like number, name, amount present in that image file.

I have to do this through Java so I need a java application programming interface along with optical character recognization to do this. I have came across asprise, abbyy, vividate while searching. Do anyone used these products if so please tell me is there any java application programming interface comes with those products or not.

Yes, I have contacted them in regard to this and they have told like I have to write a Jave Native Interface in order to get the input from those tools.
