Hi, what is an advice of you guys about making best choose about j2ee application server for development with glittering documentation?

If you want great documentation you'll probably have to go with a commercial offering (WebSphere, Weblogic) - open source projects are notorious for incomplete documentation. Otherwise, GlassFish is pretty nice.
