How do i automatically load a jsp tiles page when by default?

i create a JSP page with the help of struts tile framework.
Below is my tile-def.xml

This is a snippet of my struts xml file:

I have check that when my action class file calls the forward name:
return mapping.findForward("logger");

It is able to direct to the struts xml file, then to the tile xml file and finally display ythe relevant jsps on the client browser.

Right now, i want the log in page(which is the page which i mention above) to be display out as the welcome page, lets say when i type http://localhost:8080/content/DefaultLayout.jsp, it is able to display out the page just by entering the url.

How to i configure to allow the tiles to be display out the DefaultLayout.jsp
